Today, it is possible to attend up to 80% of the consultations that are carried out in health centers through telemedicine. Of all the communication tools, the live video conference is the one that allows the medical act to be carried out in the best possible way. Medlink makes it possible to carry out remote consultations from anywhere in a simple and friendly way, reducing travel time, fixed costs and canceling appointments. Our platform has legal support for all health professionals, and is governed in compliance with the international protocol HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). All doctors who perform telemedicine on our platform are doctors graduated in Peru with proven ability to practice their profession in their respective specialties.
You can ask our doctors most of the consultations that you would carry out in person. The doctor will evaluate each case and decide if it can be resolved via telemedicine or if it requires a face-to-face appointment. In both cases, the doctor will be able to manage all medical information including medical history and file viewing from the Medlink platform.
